Lifemate Nigeria Limited has been established as a furniture manufacturing company in Nigeria for more than a decade. Our traditional business model is based on the company’s decision to diversify operations.  Lifemate Nigeria Limited engages mainly in six large production categories spanning home furniture, office furniture, kitchen cabinets, sanitary ware, massage chairs, outdoor furniture and wield expertise in Projects planning and execution, interior decoration, and wholesale purchase with over 3,000 product varieties. Our factory, Wei-Chi Industry Nigeria located in Lagos covers 200,000 square meters. 

To simplify, guide, and ensure transparency in our production, sales, and delivery processes, our policies are given below.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free delivery services for any purchase from our online-store on the conditions below:

i) The purchase must be done on our online-store. You can also contact us on 09026666624, 07017315772, 09155588145, or esales@lifemate.com to place the order manually and still enjoy our free delivery offer.

ii) Your delivery address must fall within our Free Delivery Zone.

Our free delivery zones are Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, and  Ibadan.

iii) The purchased item(s) must be #100,000.00(One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) and above. This applies to only purchases via our online store/platform(such as www.elifemate.com, 09026666624, 07017315772, 09155588145, or esales@lifemate.com).

iv) Delivery fees for many other locations outside our free delivery zones and purchase amount below the #100,000(One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) threshold had also been highly subsidized to ensure you incur minimal cost possible. Delivery is done within 24-hours after payment confirmation.

PRODUCTS INSTALLATION

Due to the nature of some of our products and our desire to be accountable for the quality of the goods delivered to you, we offer installation services on demanding products and the following are to be well noted:

i) Installation is free to only areas we have Showrooms in Nigeria[Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, and  Ibadan]. Other locations will attract applicable installation fee.

ii) Issues on product installations carried out by a third party (E.g. Customer/other non-certified engineers) will not be treated by the Lifemate’s “After-sales unit”.

iii) Customers are to ensure they have accepted the delivered product before allowing our assigned installation officer to install the product as items returned after installation would be treated under our “repair policy” which is applicable on a case-by-case basis. RETURN POLICY

We want our clients to have a great positive experience while doing business with us and to be sure we do our best possible in achieving that, we accept returns but after fulfilling the few conditions listed below:

i) Customers are very much advised to inspect products and be sure the product is in very good and acceptable conditions before appending signatures on the waybill.

ii) Signing the way-bill serves as an affirmation of goods delivered in good condition.

iii) Customers are to ensure they have accepted the delivered product before allowing our assigned installation officer to install the product as items returned after installation would be treated under our “repair policy” which is applicable on a case-by-case basis. iv) We will not bear responsibility for defects/damages after war or any natural disaster beyond human control.

v) Self-induced damages would not be accepted or covered by our return policy.
